+You don’t even know me how can you know what I need to do to be healthier?

You’re right! I don’t know what you need to be healthier, that is what the system is for. Know What to Do takes you through step-by-step a system to clarify what you need. Everyone is different and what you come up with will be based on the work you do each day.

+ Who is this course for?

I designed this course for anyone who wants to be healthier and feel better, especially people who are interested in a whole body approach to health and are feeling stuck knowing what to do for the best results. It helped me through my own recovery and I hope it will help others too!

+Am I going to have to buy something to see results?
