On July 12, 2014 I found myself lying on the ground staring up a 90 foot cliff with a crushed leg.

It took a rescue team 7 hours to get me out of there. But the truth is I stayed mentally stuck at the bottom of that cliff for a lot longer than that.

You see I was:

  • fed up not knowing what I needed to do next

  • sick of feeling frumpy, frazzled, & exhausted

  • worried i'd never look or feel good again

And it sucked.

I knew I had to do something to feel like myself again.
