Today’s episode is for you if you’ve been wanting to put a spring back in your step. Your body is always talking to you and telling you what it needs. How you look and feel at the surface is always an indication of how well things are working internally. If you’ve been experiencing any of these 20 signs that your body needs some help from you, this episode is for you.

  1. You crave sugar. A lot.

  2. You don’t just get hungry, you get HANGRY

  3. Constipation, diarrhea, bloating, and gas

  4. You keep reaching for the Tums. Acid reflux, stomach pain, ulcers, bloating.

  5. You eat healthy but don't feel healthy.

  6. You have Itchy skin. Flaky skin. Strange rashes. Outbreaks of acne.

  7. You’re exhausted all the time.
